The importance of coating has increased significantly in the last 20 years, because it is a very eco-friendly and inexpensive process compared to painting.

Environmental protection is extremely important to us in all our stages of processing.

There are almost no limits to colouring and so powder coating is incredibly popular not only because of its practical durability, but also because of its colourful creations.

We use eco-friendly, heavy metal-free powder coatings which can be selected in different gloss levels (from matt to glossy) and surfaces (smooth or fine structure) and in addition to the standard facade quality also in highly weather-resistant qualities (HWF).

Aluminium material is chemically pretreated in our cross-cycle spray system, chromium-free using the NO-RINSE process.

For steel and galvanised steel, the chemical pretreatment used is zinc phosphate treatment which for iron and outdoor areas meets higher corrosion protection requirements. This type of pretreatment provides material which is exposed to climatic and mechanical influences optimum protection from corrosion.

With a higher layer thickness, greater resilience can also be achieved.

Our OFI certificate ensures that our work processes comply with GSB International guidelines.

ASSIGNMENT OF RAW MATERIALS

In our example we are working on facade profiles. Workpieces should not exceed a maximum machining size of 7200 x 1500 x 2000 mm.

CHEMICAL PRETREATMENT

Chemical pretreatment using the cross-cycle spray method or manual preparation. Chemically pretreated raw material is then dried in an adhesion water dryer and is now ready for powder coating.

Powder coating with hand gun or automatic system.

Packing

At the end of the production process, goods are made ready for transport. Customer requirements are specifically addressed.


CDC

CDC (cataphoretic dip coating) is used especially as a primer before the final coating or powder coating and offers optimal corrosion protection.
